1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Kitch mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Use of the Service

Kitch provides a platform for discovering recipes, planning meals, and sharing culinary content with other users. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of Kitch, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post to Kitch (recipes, photos, comments). By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the app.

You agree not to post content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
• Impersonates others or misrepresents your affiliation

5. Objectionable Content Policy

Kitch has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. This includes but is not limited to: harassment, threats, hate speech, sexually explicit material, depictions of violence, content that promotes illegal activity, spam, and impersonation.

Users who post objectionable content will have their content removed and their accounts suspended or terminated. We respond to user reports of objectionable content within 24 hours.

Reporting content: You can report any post, comment, or user from the (•••) overflow menu in the app. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours.

Blocking users: You can block any user from their profile. Blocked users' content is removed from your feed instantly, and they will no longer see your content.

Age requirement: You must be 13 years of age or older to use Kitch.

6. Intellectual Property

The Kitch app, including its design, features, and original content, is owned by Kitch and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Kitch is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Recipe information is provided for general purposes only and should not be considered professional nutritional or dietary advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kitch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, including posting objectionable content or abusive behavior. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
